I dont have the exact figures infront of me but from the FTH I'd say it's the G14.

The AS versions had a considerably higher FTH and personally I'd like to see the G6 and G14 both get a version with the AS type engines.

It's a G-14. /AS models had different cowling shapes.

In a nutshell, a Bf109G-14/AS would roughly perform about as same as a Bf109G-10 (not our ol' pseudo-G-10, but the historic G-10), doing about 427mph top speed just over 20k, IIRC.

Do we have a 109 that performs close to the G14/AS ?

Closest would prolly be a K4 but in terms of speed and climb rate, as for other aspects, im not so sure.

You won't hear HTC disagree with you, but it's about priorities to them.  They can't model every plane the community wants added this year if they tried n' such.  Got to be specific and constructive and still patient, IE: ask for the 109G-** and 109G-** as they would fill the widest gaps in the current plane set and that would tie us over for a good period of time.  Then ya got to still wait until they get around to modeling just that one (as there are others likely ahead of it in the pipes).  It might happen faster if you see a way for them using/copying-from a similar 109 model and only needing to make a few adjustments to it to get the correct result.  But at the same time if it's too similar to a model already in the game, we'll probabley not get it anytime soon (if at all) and we'll have to just make due with what we have already.

it will happen faster they will just have to modify the cowling and the engine, its not like they will have to start from scratch... or they can just add a real 109g10, since apparently they used to have it.

As soon as we get all the engine variants for Spitfires and higher octane fuel.

So I'm thinking when hell freezes over :)

you dont need spitfires they are the dumbest plane in the game its like the "accessible" plane made for everyone.  Its what you give your kid to fly so he has the least difficulty.  Then again most fights do not require the high alt engine, but it would still be nice.

So many things wrong with that statement.
