6 Cores aren't worth the Extra $20.   I'm not a huge fan of AMD, but that CPU is a badass.

Do you already have the motherboard or something?  Normally you want to choose a CPU first then build the rest of the system around it.

If you wish to save a little money and don't want/need Quad core (most people don't need it) the AMD Phenom II 555 3.2GHz BE is a very good CPU for the price (100$).
I don't know your budget or if you need a Quad core, but I know the 555 is a very good CPU if you are on a budget and don't need Quad (using it myself).

It is possible to unlock the 555be to a quad core, but don't count on it.

What CPU are you getting?

Also, you might want to save some money and go for the NZXT Tempest EVO case.   Don't be fooled, while it is marketed as a Mid-Tower, it is cavernous and is as close to a Full Tower, without being one.

It's almost $120 cheaper (shipping included) and gives you more $$ towards a better Swiftech H2O setup, IMO.   It also has better airflow, which is still relevant.

I too own the Tempest.  Don't waste $ on the Thermaltake.

this is the upgraded version of the one I have.  only difference is mine is not painted black inside and a few other minor things.  no worries about big vc, mine is 11.5 (9800gtx+) in long and I still have about another 5 or  in of space left.  ps is mounted at the bottom.  lots of room and lots of fans (six).

edit: just in case on large cases get a mobo ps extention.  something like this, you might need it depending on length of ps cables.  also to help hide all the cables behind case panels.

While the water cooling system looks cool (no pun intended) you can generally OC a newer CPU just as easily on air.  I'd be looking at a good air cooler and a sound card instead.

I also didn't see a PSU.  Don't skimp on the PSU.

Are you transferring optical and hard drives from an old machine?

Drop the Thermaltake from the build - if you are going to go water cooled, at least get a decent unit. The unit you link recycles the warm air back into the case, which is so not where you want it...

But don't do water cooled - on today's processors, it's a waste of money, except possibly in the worst of environments (and some could probably argue effectively that it's not worthwhile even then).  I have a watercooled system solely because I could reuse most of the watercooling from the previous AMD build (where it made a huge difference) and the motherboard was water ready, so I couldn't resist.  But if I had to buy it all now, no way.  It's probably the least effective place to budget your money.
