K4 can too. Been running on the deck and they extend out slowly.

No it can't.

Had it happen to me in the DA before, we both came out of a dive and leveled and he out ran me slowly. I'm guessing maybe 400 range per minute. I don't know, that's just me, but if it can't, it can't

No, I've been on for 2 1/2 years. If I was new, I'd be asking "What's the LA"?
So you not gonna ask  "what's the performance chart"?

Anything can exceed its top level speed when it gets there from a long dive...

If it's a level chase the K4 cannot out run you.

You probably dove all at once, and he gradually dove behind you, making better use out of his E and also cutting your angle off from above.  Diving straight down all at once to the deck is the worst thing to do trying to escape in most situations.

Jeez.  I didn't know the Typhoon was that fast on the deck.  I have no idea how I could not have known that after flying in this game so long.

Only with fuel load heavy on the La and light  fuel load on the K4. La v La is quite heavily influenced by fuel load.  Once La's could out dive  almost anything but thats been corrected, loads of stuff will dive with the La now.

He asked because you're passing off some "incorrect assumptions".   2% of the MA can lay the smack down in the La7.   The other 98% expect that 2% "to get shot down easy", but instead find themselves in a world of hurt.
