Xbox 360 games?
« on: August 05, 2010, 08:18:34 PM »
Recommend any games?

Have played...(not an online player though)

Left 4 Dead (entertaining)
Assassin's Creed II (awesome)
COD4 offline (fun shooter)
Oblivion: Elder Scrolls (ok fun)
Fallout 3: (started but went back to Oblivion)
Played around with Bioschock but didn't seem to click
Red Dead Redemption (awesome)

Was thinking about maybe...?

Farcry 2
Dragonage: Origins
Alan Wake

Any ideas?

Not playing online, that's the only good thing about the Xbox.

You can have a TON more with a PS3.

Dragon Age: Origins is awesome.  I heard the UI on consoles kind of blows but the game rocks.

Would definitely have to agree with you there. Probably one of the only games worth your money to play offline IMHO. I have a lot of fun with that game.

Just picked up Sniper: Ghost Warrior. Pretty fun game, story line is very typical but the graphics are nice and the subtle details are cool.

Borderlands.  Can't go wrong with a game that has millions of different guns. (yes, I said millions) :aok
The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.

Yep, Borderlands is probably one of the better recommendations.  Mass Effect 2 is also a good choice.  I'd stay away from Dragons Age on the consoles and get it for the PC instead.  Can't go wrong with Madden or NCAA football for the Xbox.  Kane and Lynch 2 is coming out next week, you should definitely pick that up for your Xbox.
