I agree with being able to bomb any deep target valuable enough that people realize they are about to lose something very tangible (more tangible than radar, ord, barracks) if they don't defend against the offensive force.

Only if it affected the ability to spawn CV groups and or some sort of supply system, and it would have to be large complex.


Mannable puffy ack emplacements would be cool for any of the strats too.

same goes for some sort of Railyard,  train factory. 
To expand it further, how about a supply network of factories, convoys, ports, railroads, rail yards, etc?  The open question is how this would affect gameplay.
