Doesn't happen often but it happened tonight with a fairly new guy. Had a guy reup after being shot down callsign: "354hemi" and then he got a kill and a assist on the 2nd sortie. Please correct the scoring on this incident.
Pilot restricted to base pending article 32 hearing scheduled for tomarrow.
Corrective action: The FSO rules will once again be read aloud to the entire squad.
