I think you're right, the Raiders are definitely going to surprise some people this year.

Ya, they'll suck slightly less.  I'll be willing to bet that they'll be able to beat the Cheifs out for 3rd in the AFC West.

Texas Long Horns - I'm predicting a sub par year.  Losses to Oklahoma, TAMU, and possibly Texas Tech, will bring a sense of reality back to Austin. 

   I grew up in Austin, its going to take an act of god to bring a normal sense of reality back to that town.
