Maurice Clarett trying out for "pro football"???
« on: August 24, 2010, 01:34:19 PM »
What??? I am all for some people getting a second chance but this has been who never was needs to get over it. I was so hoping that we would never have to hear about this guy again in sports. He screwed himself out of any opportunity by declaring himself eligible for the draft BEFORE he was eligible and now he has to find a way to hopefully payback that agent money he took as a freshman.

It's never a good sign when a person can't try out till the court says so.

Omaha must be hard up.

I dont want to even think about Maurice Clarett. He is an embarassment to Ohio State and to himself.

Ok it says
"With that in mind, a comeback after being arrested with an assault rifle, three handguns, a bulletproof vest, a bottle of Grey Goose and a hatchet might ".

Exactly what was it he did wrong to be arrested though?

I think he was being witness on robbing a couple are a bar and some girl recognizing him and calling out his name.  He acted like there is nothing going on. This all occur the night before or few days before they pulled him over.    Correct me on that if i am wrong.

The second arrest was interesting in that he was only a few blocks away from one of the witnesses of the first incident. Most here in Ohio think he was going to intimidate or even possibly silence the witness.

Hopefully when this guy goes off his rocker again, only those making offers and their families will be hurt. I'd hate to see innocent folks get hurt.
