the pinky switch work with all other shifted commands....but it doesn not work in combination with the HAT......i use the shifted hat as view keys for all the up combinations in ACES HIGH......it goes up about 1/4 of the way then suddenly jumps back to NO COMAND position........i have noticed flickering in the F.LOCK LED.......does this mean im geting intermitent condution with the pinky switch?

i used key mapings to programe my jpystick....but i have noticed that in the key mapings section of ACES HIGH, some of the view key(the ones with the up/down atrributes) were listed as none?

the pinky switch works with other jeys that dont require holdinh dow.....and it tested ok in windows......and yes i have unchecked "use unshifted attributes"

please help

The flickering f.lock light is not unusual, they all do it.

Now as for the problem your having, be sure you re-program the <<mode 1-2-3+pinkey>> commands again, and be sure they are correct.  Then be sure your throttle is in MODE-1, AUX-1 and BOTH rotary dials are CENTERED.   Then right click and choose CONFIGURE GAME NOW.

As always, be sure you dont use the autoloader program at startup (uncheck it from the startup list in msconfig).

That should do it.  I know my pinkey switch sometimes starts putting out the letter "G" instead of being <shift>, if I reboot and dont have the dials centered.

Hope this helps  ;)

thx

it wasnt working because the commands didnt actually exist, i though 5(for up) in combination with 2 would give u a up/back view, but it wasnt actually programed like that. so i had to use other pared keys on the keyboard and change the view keys in ACEs high itself.

i know i didnt explane that very well, but the important thing is that its working now:-)

it sure is a fantastic stick when u get it to work just the way u like it. i programed it so all the commands i ever use in the game are excutable from the stick/throttle. and its bloody terrific:-)

since im in australia and iit would cost me $60 to play in the main arena, so i only play in the h2h arena, hope i see u there sometimes, my nick is "messiah1"

thx again
