Not sure if it's just because I use my second throttle-axis as RPM instead of the +/- keys but the DR1 seems to have a throttle and RPM lever but the RPM one does nothing. Also, this lever doesn't move when I use the +/- keys.
This lever here (left one) moves as I move my RPM axis but it does nothing in terms of performance:


As for Ostwind, it seems the arm doesn't quite line up with the thingymabob (technical term!):
