Win98se good thing?

I'm running Win98.
I just got a Win98se upgrade disk.

Should I upgrade? why? why not?

Im running it with no problems. Its supposed to be better for Cable and DSL modems.

I reccomend the upgrade Valor. It fixed several bugs in my sytem and made it more stable. It does work well with allowing two computers to share the same internet hookup.

Running SE on a pII 450,
Cleared a couple recurrent probs in my browser. (Not IE4) If you do upgrade, (or even if ya don't   do the MS crit updates for it..
they do help..
