So I go with the wife to her photo gallery exhibit and she wins honorable mention and comes in second on the people's choice ballot.

I go to the local audition for the new Ben Affleck movie and the girl I chatted with in the 3 hour queue gets a callback.

what did you do?  give her the lowdown on the pleasing attributes of the P40's flight model and how one can take on hordes of japanese with it?

I'm sure the panel would have been well impressed with that knowledge  ;)

No, but I did tell the judges about the fine photograph of a T-6 Texan she took.  And I held the audition girl's purse when she went to the bathroom.   :angel:
