A question about the D/A ??

Have you ever wondered who cleans the pond up after months of aircraft falling into it or tiny pieces of them floating down to the lake. I mean come on by now the D/A's Lake should have a pile of aircraft going as high as the distance to the outer atmosphere shouldn't it.

So who doe's Hitech and company pay to clean up after us on a Monday morning ???? I mean i for one would like to know if at least $2 of my $15 a month goes to pay someone for the cleanup and recyclement of waste aircraft ????
