CTFJ no work with AH?

I am running AH with CTFJ loaded, but seems it make no different. Is that correct?
and..
It's strange that my FLCS's pitch axis jump like hell but in other flight-sim it got no problem at all. I even check TMS to see direct hardware output data, no problem at all. Anyone know why pitch axis and only pitch axis jump so bad in AH?
