Put your hometown in a music video
« on: September 03, 2010, 12:40:17 PM »
Saw this on Yahoo and was amazed at what it does. The band is called Arcade Fire and they just might revolutionize the future of music videos. Their website uses google earth to put your hometown

and even your house in the video. It also has an interactive part in the middle. I'm very impresses with what they've done. Only downside is that they recommend google chrome for viewing it. So if you

don't have chrome it may not work.    Check it out for yourself

Yea, tried this yesterday.  The Google maps overview pan looks strange, but when you get down to the street view shots it's much more impressive.
