Lost a good man
« on: September 03, 2010, 08:06:40 PM »
My friend and co-worker Sean Brown was struck and killed by a drunk driver last night.

Reports are still out, but it appears that after leaving a promotional function his car broke down on U.S. 169 near Owasso. Seans phone apparently wasnt working so he began walking back to the event when the driver struck him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver, fled the scene after hitting him and then a concrete median. Luckily the police found him not too far away and took him into custody. He failed a sobriety test soon after.

Sean leaves behind a wife and two young boys. Tragic doesnt even begin to sum it up.

So I ask that you hug your loved ones tonight because you never know when something like this will hit home.

God speed Sean  :salute

I wonder what goes through people's heads when they go out drinking. They have to get back home somehow and their car is parked in the parking lot so a cab is out of the question.

It saddens me to know there are idiots in this world that cause tragedy like this when it could've been avoided...

Godspeed :salute
