What is the Sound name for the CV 8" guns?  I'd like to turn those down.

 I dont think you can,it's been brought up before and I've never heard of a solution.

 You could run Vox through your headset and game sounds through speakers and turn them down,other than that I dont think there's a solution.

I don't believe you will find a .wav file for this.  Many of the sounds are in files that can't be accessed. They are .res files I believe.  You will have to lower your master sound or the environment sounds to accomplish what you want.
