Make the clipboard opaque

I do enjoy the sun and the lighting effects in the game.  It would be nice if the clipboard was opaque.  This would allow you to position it as a sunvisor on those lengthy climbouts, instead of trying to find that happy place where your head position is in the shadow of the window frame.  Also when CVs are running into the sun it would help.  Just a thought.

those are horrible glasses, my aviators cover 100% of my forward vision, those are maybe 50-60% at most

No seriously, instead of asking for this again and starting another thread, here you have it.  Would have been nice on a long climbout this AM.  A pilot would have used something to shield his eyes.  Visor, hand, maybeeeeeeeee....a.... clipboard?

It use to be that way, but was considered a cheat. If someone goes through all the trouble of positioning himself to attack out of the sun you shouldn't be able to defeat the tactic by keeping the notepad over it.

Learn to move your head around in the cockpit to block to sun, just don't save the position.
