Out here in the bay area, i remember recently that these 2 thugs beat a middle aged chinese man to death because they were bored or something like that... is sickening

What article of the constitution provides protection against that?  Not trying to be a smart A## but it's late and I'm too tired to bother researching the issue.

We as a society reap what we sew...

As repugnant as this incident is...the more telling and interesting question is how are we breeding humans that think this way...
