Pentagon shaped nuts in P-39 cockpit
« on: September 10, 2010, 09:30:47 AM »
I noticed the P-39s in game have pentagon shaped nuts to fasten the windscreen to the frame in the cockpit. I could not find any pictures of the cockpits of un-restored P-39s but all of the restored ones had conventional hexagonal nuts.

It has zero impact on game play except distracting me while I think about if a 5 sides nut was actually used or not.

5 sided nuts in your cockpit are like a third nipple on your intake manifold; they garner a little extra attention.

Shaving polygons off the nuts is just, well, couldn't you find another way to save?  :(

Once you save enough polygons, will you be able to purchase sheep to roam AH?

PS: Would you need a bank to store excess polygons?
