Boildown

This is the Captain.  We have a lil' problem with our entry sequence so we may experience some slight turbulence and then... explode.

They had better up their level of play if they hope to get by some of the others in their league.
I regret doing business with TD Computer Systems.

Hats off to the Saints. Though I thought they would do much better considering the Vikes banged up secondary and shortage at wideout.

I wouldnt get too cocky just yet though. Its a long season.

First game of the season, I never expect much. Both teams were sluggish.

They did look a bit sluggish, especially the receivers that dropped a few. However I am confident this is merely due the butterfly's of the first big game.

What concerns me the most is:  this year they are playing somewhat of an easier schedule as compared to last years schedule by far.
Will this mean that they sweep the season and go into the playoffs with a mentality of having it easy and get a reality check in the playoffs?  I hope not.

Watching the pre game show on NFLN Trent Green, Kurt Warner, Warren Sapp, and Steve Mariucci all said that the Saints would not repeat. On ESPN only Chris Berman thought that the Saints would even win the division. I say go ahead and be skeptics. That's how it happened last season and we won the Super Bowl.

Gotta luv those upsets.
