WWI Arena Night
« on: September 17, 2010, 01:37:27 AM »
A few squaddies and i went to WWI arena tonight and had a blast. It reminded me of how much fun I had when it had first come out. 2 of the 4 arenas being capped and the other having 50 or so. I believe that we could easily revamp the arena with a simple set date each month to have a good showing. Let's try and get as many people as we can in WWI Arena for Saturday, October 2nd starting aroun 9 PM EST. If we can get atleast 20 guys I would be happy. Any more would be fantastic. Nothing beats a good, clean, raw furball full of sticks using raw skills.

All are welcome and I hope to see you there! I already have 5 or 6 that are going to be there. Tell your squaddies!

Saturday, Oct 2nd, 9 PM EST.  :airplane:

Hmmmm Sat 9pm EST (USA) = 11am Sun Australian Central Standard Time. Yep I can manage that, I'll give my squaddies a heads up also. They can figure out their own time zones though  :headscratch:

Went to the WWI arena got 4 kills in 9 sorties with 0 landings. Then I fell asleep while flying two sectors to where the fight was... Might be mor fun if they put the bases closer together...

I'm surprised the special events people haven't organized a weekly event in there.

Couldn't they just set up one of the SEA arena with a special map?  They can enable anything they want in there, right?  WWI planes, and maybe jeeps and light vehicles to give variety to just a WWI aerial furball event.
