I'm not very experienced and haven't become very well acquainted with most of the squads in AH, but I agree with your assessment. 

I haven't read this thread through and I don't know much about the 20th, but I'm guessing escort missions are a pretty standard affair, because these guys seemed like they knew what they were doing. I don't think I'd ever be able to pull myself away from the Dynamite Gang's base-taking antics, but for guys who want to do some serious dogfighting as a team I'd recommend the Loco Busters. Call me crazy, but I would have snuck an egg with me on that mission if I could, maybe let it sit in my lap like I was Santa... I don't know... I just love watching hangars burn

Although I'm a member in the 367th FG, I volunteered to assist the 20th FG on an escort mission for the 91st BG the other night and I can vouch for both squadrons' organization, experience, and fun-to-be-aroundness (can't think of a word for that right now  )

The mission went great for 91st as far as I could tell. I saw impressive "Landed Successfully" notifications in the text buffer several minutes after bombs away. After the escort was over the 20th burned a lot of E and started working on some enemy fighters. Some guy HO'd me and shot my oil before I could get a kill but I managed to rtb safely. Overall I had a lot of fun and it felt great to fly with such an organized group.

You might consider registering for the coming Scenario, Battle over Germany in January/February.

Both the 91'st and 20'th will be there, as well many many other talented and skilled participants.

It's cool, dawg. Squaddies come first. And I'm still not a 100% sure some of my mates won't be in the scenario, so a lot of stuff is up in the air right now. Well... I guess "up in the air" isn't something bad to say about a situation in Aces High, but you know what I mean
