Or you could see the size of the tank and realize smaller=further away bigger=closer like a normal person

Or you could just learn the SUVAT equations for projectile motion (there's only 5 of them...) and hope that drag doesn't do too much in AH  ;)

I have a decent foundation in Algebra. I just want to know how to find the range to my target.
easy... point at target. look at the size of the tank, and use the ticks to range. iirc if the tank fits between the markers its 400 yards. then 800 is 1/2 the size of the tank, 1200 is 1/4, etc
