I'll have a shot at that toe brakes problem next week.
I got my CH Pro pedals USB today. I took my shot at setting up toe brakes to left and right brakes. Here is how I did it.
Axis X on the pedals is the left toe brake. Axis Y is the right toe brake. I went into the Joystick setup, clicked on Select Joystick, and bound AH control button 9 to the Pro Pedals X axis, and AH control button 10 to the Pro Pedals Y axis. Of course, in my case buttons 9 and 10 weren't used. Use buttons that aren't used in your setup.
In Stick Mapping, Flight Keys, I set Button 9 to Left Brake and Button 10 to Right Brake.
Even if the X and Y axes are analog, this works. But on takeoff and landing I have to be veeeeeerrry cautious not to press toe brakes even a single millimeter or the brakes will be activated at a veeeeeeerrry unfortunate time.
So I push on the pedals with my heels.
Darn, my gunnery and ACM will be shot to hell for a while until I adjust to pedals.
