Movie music: Sometimes even in great movies it makes you go :huh (I'm looking at you, Ladyhawke). But there's some soundtracks out there that are just so PERFECT that all you need to hear is the first few notes to bring everything that movie meant to you right to mind.

One of my favorites

you guys are gonna think i'm nuts.....but i loved the music they chose for watchmen.

Backdraft has always had one of my favorite musical scores.

I've also been a bit of a sucker for 'ol John Williams, and while The Raiders March has always been a favorite there was actually a bit off of the Temple of Doom score that I preferred.

FAIL.

If you're going to post something from Star Wars, at least play one from one of the GOOD movies.

Hans Zimmer doesn't count as a composer. He's written one score in the past 15 years and rehashed it for every movie he's worked on since.

Real composers are the ones like Williams, Elfman, etc.
