If it's got some sort of stealth tech, and can deliver a weapon that could harm a Navy vessel then I'd be worried. Obviously not much of a fighter threat, and the article only mentions machine guys so it's probably not very useful for anything but recon.

Any vehicle can be dangerous. Even a cesna loaded with explosives can possibly make it to a naval vesel. Not likely but always possible.

I would like to know what a navy person thought about the chances of a Cessna making it to a boat w/o being detected. I would think there'd be no chance.

"unparalleled maneuvering capabilities" doesn't mean the same thing as unserpassed maneuvering capabilities; so it could be that the maneuvering sucks so much that nothing else comes close to the same level of suckage.
