Thank you folks for the great time, and I look forward to dreaming up some more fun event ideas or even a rematch.  The fighting was ferocious and fun!

Was there for 2 sorties, and I couldnt believe the intensity of the fight at hand.

win, lose or draw was definately a good time.

the Battles were epic and wave after wave of both aircraft and Gv's attacked each others bases. <S> to all that participated and to Waystin2 for helping me set it up.

if you missed it, you missed something really special. we will be doing more of these so you'll have something to look forward to!

again thanks to all!   :salute

I know the buildup didn't even touch the actual experience for me.  It was fantastic to fight with and against such a great and classy group.

Looking forward to doing it again SOON..

Way and AVA staff... WELL DONE and THANK YOU for all of your efforts.  Last night ranked in the top 2 of my experiences since joining this game :salute

I will not call a winner on anything less than a capture.  That did not occur on either side.  So no winner-DRAW.  A re-match must be scheduled!
It was a knock down drag out fight Lawndart.  The Pigs had their town down twice but we just could not keep them beat down enough to get the troops in there.  It was epic!!!
It changes the whole game on a base capture when all the bad guys are focused on you and only you and vice versa.  In the LWA's the base captures that are met with heavy resistance will melt and go elsewhere.  This fight did not allow for that option, so the struggle was intense in the air and on the ground.

i go to mcguire every Tuesday night. i normally can't get out of there before 1130pm...and i have an hour drive home. i got home around 130 or so last night.

i work 830am till whenever i run out of work, mon-sat, and can manage to make pretty much any other night work........that's just my schedule.

I want to talk at Jaeger1 and the AVAR's about some revisions to the setup (to increase the fun) and then see about cross promoting again to set up another event of a like type.  A Saturday night would always be great too!

Suprised yall did not capture the base. I left when the 4 panzers and the M16 were dropping fighter hangars. Figured the fight would die soon after.

Was fun up to then.

Nothing on AH compares to it with the enemy icons turned off.
