The game is just not fun anymore. I'm a GV'er, The planes just aren't that fun to me. With the new town and base layout its basically impossible for 2-3 guys to sneak an airbase with tanks. My squad

used to take GV bases with 2 M8's and an M3. Now you have to get real lucky to do it with that. Everytime a good GV battle gets going, several guys show up and start egging and it takes every last bit

of fun out of it. There's just nothing left for GV'ers to do so I guess its time for me to move on.

  I'm not sure that AHII was intended to be a 'land battle' game.  It's just a plus as far as I can tell.
Maybe you just had a bad sortie.  Try it again and have some fun.

Having to fight actual opponents and using strategy is pretty rough...
I hear solitaire is a good game.

I can respect that you just aren't having as much fun in the game, that's a good reason to take a break.

But adding that you can't sneak a base with zero opposition as your reason, that's just funny.  Unsubscribe and you can do it offline all you want.  :aok

After being that high that long you begin to go crazy. (I.E. Chalenge :) )

Did I say sneaking bases was the only thing we did? No i didn't. That was only occasionaly. Maybe you should have read the whole post before you started spilling out BS. We were a fighting squad that loved a good battle and spent most of our time doing that. But it's rare you find those anymore and even if you do the eggtards show up within minutes and ruin it. And if the game wasn't meant to have land battles there wouldn't be GV's in the game at all. Its not just been a one day thing either. This has been going on for months.

It is a war game.  Sometimes it is no fun at all.  Other times its absolutely a nerve wracking blast!  Most of the time its just plain old fun.

If you are finding the game dull then take some time off.  Most of us do from time to time.  Or go to another arena, mid war, early war....find a way to relax and enjoy it again.  Chances are it will do that on its own, or you may have to work at it for a bit.

The Gv aspect is only lacking in one way that I can see..atleast for me these days.

I never roll to vehicle bases anymore...because I refuse to take HE in my load when going on a killing sortie..

17lbers get on my nerves...but there suppose to.

More appropriately, realize that this game encompasses land, sea, and air, and full interaction between. You have to address threats from the air just as you would ground threats. You could either destroy the ordinance bunkers at the nearby airfields, preventing the enemy any chance to bomb you, or you could get some air cover. Don't be mad at the game when it's your strategy that is lacking.
