and it'd probably earn a tidy $$ return.

Do something similar for the planes/vehicles (meh) in Ace High, using screenies or something...  and kick back a cut to HTC for granting rights.  :aok

Ummm, ummm as soon as I re-find the MS FF2 fix for hat switch replacement.  Lost my hard drive a few weeks ago.  Read the recent FF2 fix thread, but I never experienced issues with the centering, the hatswitch otoh.... and I have about 3-4 sticks sitting around like that.  :joystick: :furious :bolt:

Blue boxed ones (early production) had a ton of issues with the hats and trigegrs going bad real fast (hence, the ones laying around here) the later red-boxed ones had much better quality and last(ed) a lot longer, with only the hat wearing out - spazzing bewteen up and left views...

There are several SideWinder Precision 2 JS (non FF) that are available that you could swap out the hat switch with.
Just a thought.

I had an issue with the main trigger, I disassembled the entire stick, it was filthy inside.  Cleaned every part, reassembled everything and it works fine.  There are replacement parts out there and you can find entire still in the box MS FF2 sticks  if you are willing to pay the price.

Geez, what a lame excuse..I've changed my entire stick/pedals setup at least 4 times in the past 8 yrs.

1st a Sidewinder Twisty
2nd a FF Sidewinder
3rd an x45
4th then added CH rudder pedals about a year later.
5th x52 with the same pedals
6th and currently as of may, using an X-65f with the same pedals.

(and to the others,  thx for the FF2 fix... there was another website I had saved, and sure I had posted on the boards - but couldn't locate.)
