less than respecting in fellowship and definitely lacking in teamwork.
Oh really? I seem to recall since we really had no specific orders regarding co-operation between Ju88s/110s, OR ESCORTS, Perdweeb talking to Busher trying to come to some idea of a plan (IE all of us going in together, you 110 guys hitting small vessels, us stuck in bombers hitting the CV).
Bushers exact quote: "you're breaking up can't receive you".....which, albeit, a fine attempt at humour, most DEFINITELY lacking in teamwork, as you accuse us. Film can be provided of said exchange. I even said to my squad that'd be the last we heard from the Jokers as they would just ignore any further attempts at comms (which you did), and then hit the CV group without us (again, which you did). My experience of flying with the Jokers previous to my 1st Afghanistan tour (Gman from hornets/assasins/etc) made this as sure as shooting, as I know how aggressive most guys in the Jokers were/are, and I even threw down a 100$ bet to everyone on vox at 2-1 that this is what you would do, and you did it.
Anyhow, don't get all rumpled thiking that we wanted you 110 guys to sacrifice yourselves for our bomb run, quite the opposite. You complain that we got an easy shot at the CV due to you taking the heat from the fighters, which is true in my opinion, and thanks, but if we had worked together and GONE IN together, you can bet us Ju88 guys would have taken the beating from the fighters, and you guys in 110s would have all hit ships, instead of just one, thus completing the mission. I'd have gladly flown into the fighters as I'd never even flown a Ju88 before yesterday, and taken the heat off you so you could hit the ships, as we could have outrun the fighters once jumped, and made it easy for you to hit the targets, as you ended up doing for us, although not by any plans made. When you act ignorantly by pretending you can't hear vox comms when making plans, expect to be treated the same.
Anyhow, <S> to the Chawks and the Jokers for their work in getting us through the Cap, I had a complete blast flying last night with everyone.
The next time I'm in the area you are, your getting a cap in your mouthy little face junior.
And if we need to be out of FSO because of it, so be it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha, ok, calm down and save the tough guy talk.
As an aside, I give a big <S> to Daddog et al for putting this frame together. In 11 years of flying Aces High, this was my first FSO, and was hands down the most fun I've had in the game that I can remember, partly due to the environment created by everyones hard work, and partly from being exposed to something new, a mission with bombers. I'll be highly recommending the experience to everyone I talk to regarding Aces High.
