2213 failed

2212 2213 patch causes Initialization  failed with -9 mainWld_FAILED-1  no help onforum that i see and have second friend right down the road same problem

need help

you may have to do a complete reinstall of the game.

That means the game executable cannot locate the game resources to load and run.  Usually from accidently moving the executable to the desktop instead of creating a shortcut.

Simplest way to fix it is to install the full version over the top of the existing version.  No settings/configuration will be lost in the process.
