Finally got my Saitek X36 system yesterday.
Being a stubborn and curious lad, I decided to program my own profile to see how it's done.
I wanted to use the rotary dials for trim. That's what they're meant for, right?

I quickly changed my mind, and marginally modified RangerBob's profile.

Say, I can't see how I'll get used to that rudders rocker. I'm glad I have rudder pedals, but WB doesn't recognize them

, so I have to use the rudders rocker in WB.
I don't like its position. At full throttle, the wrist is bent, and after a while it becomes very awkward and a causes a little pain, for unfortunately I have carpal tunnel syndrome.
I highly recommend the use the rudder pedals.
I suggest we all start pestering Saitek for support of external rudders... as suggested by Ron Hunt. See this URL:

Of course we don't need it for AH, but there are many sims on the market that don't support multiple controllers...
