Got some bad pot....

I have a logitech wingman digital 3d and my handle twist axis pot is totally fragged, is ther anywhere I can go to get another pot for it, I tried logishit and even after explaining EXACTLY what is wrong the told me to make sure I had it plugged in, and the to try it on another computer and if that doesent work take it back, I dont want to take it back I WANT IT TO WORK!
any ideas?

if i turn the pot one way its just fine however if I turn it the other it jumps all about..

looks like you have to open the beast to clean the pots search in this forum there was several thread about clenning post in th past.

Wob CH sells pots for their equip. might ck them out see if its the same value in kohm and shaft length etc. if they dont have it try Radio Shack or any electronics supplier just be sure you know what you have.

straff, I have opened and cleand it over and over, but after about 3 days it ges all to hell again, not the handle twist one is so shot it wont even calibrate any more.
