great fights over the base yesterday. i thought i was dogmeat when i saw you coming from that rear base. it looked like you were slightly higher than me, and i still really really suck at handling high cons. actually, i really really suck at bouncing low cons too.  :rofl  somewhere near co-alt works best for me.

 anyway, a question for ya. i was watching that film tonight....the one where i kinda sorta in a roundabout way vulched ya. kind of. and very very sorry about that. i didn't see gear out, or prop stopped till just before ya went boom. i really DID feel like a schmuch for that.

anyway......i saw a couple points in the fight, where it looked like you stalled, unexpectedly. was your 109 o doom acting slightly different too?

JC if you're in a turn fight in a 109, you need to use more rudder and only 1 or 2 notches of flaps, any more and thats when you snap-roll! the 190 is even worse! when im turning to the left, i use alot of rudder to keep the nose up it works well, but you have to stay on top of it, and almost predict what its gonna do, once you lose it, it will roll right over on you. if you turn to the right, you're fighting torque and the turn is slow, and you will die! its manageable as far as turning goes, but you cant keep up in a turn fight. always turn to the left in a 109 if you can.  i hope this helps.

i can tell ya.....i was white knuckle for nearly that entire fight. i fear you getting better in that dam thing. i'll be  :x :bolt:.
 and i care that i did it.......it's a crappy thing to do, and we seem to not have much of that here......

so that's why i saw danielts looking like he was slipping. we were turning hard left, and i was slowly coming around on him, but i noticed his nose pointed about 10 degrees upward from his direction of travel......

I had a good fight with rammey yesturday, or at least i thought it was good...  I was in the 109E and he was in a boston.  He dove from a 2k alt advantage just before we merged so he had a ton of E.  I pulled up slow and over the top to try and match his turn.  I came out at the top above him a little so i dropped 2 notch of flaps.  We went around a few times until i was finally full flaps out and turning around 110mph.  I was in a  left turn most of the fights so i could use the engine torque to my advantage and roll on top of him easily every time he passed near my nose and down.  I eventually took all his E away as he tried to climb out with me right behind him.  I was still fully flapped with full throttle and wep on.  He stalled out and nosed over right in front of me.   the following pictures show what happened..
