This is my first year at Aces High so I knw NOTHING.  Do only convention atendees get the special aircraft?  Is there any type of announcement in the arena beforehand?

Best thing to do is locate one of the HTC staff or someone you know who is at the con, switch to the country they are one, and wait for the magic to happen.  At first only people at the con are allowed to fly the plane but after the first hour or so everyone can fly it. You have to figure out which base its allowed from then type in the .plane ## to actually get it.

what time does the evil mission usually occour? Will be at the Wings Over Houston airshow but will get on if it's late in the evening type of deal.

The special ride is only granted to those folks who attend the Con.  It is never announced.

When I went to the WarBirds con back in 2000, were given Flying Saucers with super-lethal guns that had no ammo limit.  Funny thing was, that Saucer could pull so much G that lots of us blacked out and augured.

Usually for a sortie or two before the word slips out on how to make it display in the hangar for everyone.
