But player numbers logged at any given time have dropped significantly for some time now.

Just blue skying here because I have neither the inclination or the interest in disputing the business practices of an individual or group thereof who have grown a successful one from the ground up.  That said... anybody ever consider the fact that this arena might be an experiment to gain empirical data on the dynamics of the current player base? And no I didn't 'hear' anything or discuss anything on this subject yesterday just taking a stab in the dark.

You have noticed it too in recent tours......

Seems the tone in the arenas has lost it's vlugar personal spice. We may be able to fly as one arena for awhile until numbers return with a good economy and the spice returns with it. In an arena with 400+ players last night ch200 was tame. Most of the grousing was (Eeeekkk) Polite. If we can return to a single MA for awhile it might help rebuild a feeling of community and remove the frustration some squads have in not being able to fly together on demand. The feelings of community and solidarity are very strong motivational factors in why people are long term regulars in community groups.
