Unable to post missions in LW orange at night

Tried several times to post a mission at night in late war orange. all perameters met for misison profile. submitted and text reads mission received. No mission in misison tab. others reporting same problem at night in the game.

after 6pm in game,one cannot post missions until it moves ,I forget how long,maybe an hour,as the sundown is basically 6pm and sunrise is 6am..they intersect each other and the mission planner does not recognize the time after 6 as a SINGLE time...been like that for many years...
