yeah it was a great game, towards the end, Texas was beginning to make a comeback, but the gap created in the 5th was too large to close.

Everybody gets shelled once in awhile. It's my understanding that Lee will be a F/A at the end of the season.

Anybody wanna predict how much the Yankees are gonna pay for him?

Mariners dropped Cliff in July, for the very same reason as you saw in the 5th inning last night.

I say we send him hate mail stating that if he throws another first two innings like last night we're gonna bum rush the field, hair buzzers in hand!

Lee went 8–3 with a 2.34 ERA while with the Mariners.... When a team goes 61-101 in two of the three previous years, Cliff Lee was the least of their troubles.

Watch for the Mets to be in on the bidding.. Their new GM wants Lee badly.

But the Mets are horrible.   I see him as a Yankee.

Multiple sources are quoted saying that the Yankee's reps are in Arkansas meeting with Cliff today.

Show him the money.

Lies. The Giants played the A's in '89 in the Bridge Series. A falling bookcase almost broke my Dad's back during the earthquake that interrupted the series.
