We always wondered why HiTech didn't place a special color and icon radar shape on Grizz so everyone had a chance to run and hide.......

Bustr i can help you with this, any time I'm on and you wanna know where Grizz is just ask me on 200. ill be more than happy to rat him out.... :huh :headscratch:....oops, i mean aid you in coordinating your location to intersect with his so that you may maximize you fights and fun!  :airplane: :joystick: :airplane: i mean he is my squaddie after all, i should do all i can to increase his fun factor right?

The way is usually works for me is base flashing, radar down, no darbar, no GV spawn.  I drop to 3K to find what's coming NOE and get jumped by a 12K pony and Typhie.

I have seen it just as you described, there have also been times where there was absolutely no DAR bar or maybe even 1 small dar that usually represents 1 con in that area, upon arrival you will find at least 8 guys at 5-15K as you get closer within dot range.  Very strange indeed.   :headscratch:

This is just a nefarious plan by HTC to make us scan the skys visually.
In this age of cutbacks they want to save on the Hydro bill by
shutting down the Radar over time completely.

heres a good idea... dont rely on radar and rely on your freaking SA... ive trained myself to scan the skies around me constantly while flying even in groups. im one of the people who call contacts before the others... its simple. just LOOK instead of reading the map.

My freakin sa won't help me choosing the best fight from the tower when I can't tell if there are actually bad guys in the sector.  Thanks for the fabulous suggestion though, since my sa sucks and all.

Why post then?  The obvious context of the thread was finding a fight, or defending a base that needs it.

Ren shot his own foot off with a howitzer, grizz is taking the BB-Gun approach.

You think if we smuggled a nuke into Grizz's happy time hangout we could turn the dar back on and stop hiding from him. This BB-Gun approach is gonna take too dern long. Some of have started thinking we are U-Boat captains because weve been hiding under the water for the last 6 months.
