Basically, someone is trying to form a group for flying target drones?  That's all the P-47 is good for.

It's a very good for killing CA's. The puffy ack ignores the 20 ENY of the D-40.

I like T.he I.ncreasingly T.op-heavy T.hunderbolt S.ociety. But that's just me.

I love my 47. She's full, and warm, and soft in all the right areas, while firm and resilient in others. Oh to feel her smooth outer skin and... sorry got carried away there. Count me in if you have enough to get this idea rolling.

I like flying the jug now and again.

So, what is everyones favorite model of P47?

Ok, so far i have Seadog36, SWkiljoy, kcfarris, and SEseph.  There are a few in the arenas that fly Jugs a lot, but sure if they come on here.  And if you know anybody that might be interest fill them in.

How is this: Society for Jug Flayers Anonymous (S.J.F.A.)

Just have to ignore the 38 geeks. They think they are the only ones that can boom and zoom. The fact is, when they lift up low and slow they are the victims of bnz 47s all the time. Most of them just go for the tired old 38 rope every time. Makes me laugh, when I see it. I'm a D-11 fan but I've peen pushing for a D-23 uber razorback w the paddle props, higher horsepower and under wing hard points.

I never tire to clime after a P-38, good way to get caught in a trap.  P-47D-23 would be nice but highly unlikely that we will see it.
