I doubt that is a U-2. U-2 is single engine, this has two contrails....DC-9/MD8x

More than likely its a Cessna Citation

In your photo, it appears that the contrails are forming slightly in front of the tailplane, which is obscured from view. The engine location of the Cessna justifies the contrail position, and the obscured tailplane (because of the angle and the contrails), would suggest a tail that's obviously higher than the engines.
