WooooHooooo!

Easier than I thought.   17 songs on a 72 minutes CD-R.  It burned in 8 minutes!

Cool!!
Rock:  Ya see that Ensign, lighting the cigarette?
Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.

Aint it wonderful? Its great being able to listen to a cd with nothing but favorites on it...

btw Swager, I always burn at the lowest rate for accuracy, even though my plextor can burn much faster. Small errors can happen at high burn speeds... causing artifacts like pops or hiss. Not a big deal, but I figure that I'm essentially creating a musical archive, so I like to make it as clean as possible.

Imagine where all this technology will be in 10 years...   :D

... and you will still be in jail for copyright violations! :D :D

But seriously - since I got my first burner I understood why would anyone want a multichanger in their car - all my favourite songs are in there :)

..what software/hardware setup do you guys use to do this?

I've been thinking of doing a few "favorites" CD's for a few friends for Xmas...I have a Plextor 8/4/32A.

Can you give us a quick tutorial on how you do this?

Thanks!

I believe it is InCD for audio CDs.  Pretty easy!

Good Luck

i'm buying myself a car stereo for christmas that also plays mp3 cd's so now i can put about 10 hours on 1 cd.  i'll have most of my music collection in a 12 disk folder.  plus it lists the song & folder titles as you play and browse folders/albums.  very cool and only $200.00
