Pure win. As much as I'm sure the demolishion company is under the gun for this, it's really not their fault since it seems they did everything acording to plan and it went of as planned. It's really all on the shoulders of who/whatever state or local agencies granted the permits for the demolishion job, who upon investigating may of had some shortcomings before issueing the permits, but in the end they did have the common sence to make sure everyone was evacuated from the area beforehand.
