background: Relative of a close friend (we'll call him Todd) carried mountain dew in his backpack to school every day. For a few weeks, this bully ("Brian") would go in his bag, say diddly you, and drink the mountain dew.

Fed up with this and being a cunning lad, last Tuesday Todd drinks the mountain dew before class, and pisses in the bottle. Brian drank the piss, shat brix, and Todd emerged the victor that day.

Now, Brian's family is threating to sue, claiming Todd endangered Brian's health. Todd's family is apparently toejamting and scrambling to collect character references for Todd from teachers, letters from doctors saying urine isn't harmful, and generally thinking their son is a psycho.

I applaud Todd and think that he should walk into court holding a bottle of piss, it's freedom of expression, some people like piss filled bottles, but IANAL.

Edit The school became aware of the incident when it happened. I believe Todd was suspended for a short period of time. The principal is actually instructing Brian's parents to press charges because the school doesn't want to get further involved

Wonder if Todd's parents could countersue for the bully causing stress, emotional trauma, and other stuffs that people seem to like to sue for nowadays

so basically here in america, don't ever try to settle anything yourself. The first one to go to authority will win.

Ever here about the thief who was trying to break into some peoples house and fell through the roof, the thief sued the family for injuries I believe.

What an idiot. I'm pretty sure that any person with 1/2 a brain can taste the difference between piss and mountain dew.

Nuh uh i knew a girl in high school that was a freshman and went to a senior party...they tinkled in a beer and she drank it , acted drunk, and stripped. :lol

you think thats bad, this guy came around me an my roomates lookin for ganja. My roomy goes yea here ya go and gives him a hand rolled cigarette. The guy goes whoa man this shiz is the bomb and passed out in the middle of the floor.

Did that many, many years ago with catnip on a friend, to this day he swears it's the best pot he's ever smoked in his life and to this day I've never told him that it was really catnip.

The kid didn't setup anything. He was carrying a bottle of piss and knew it.

Sueing is like stealing someone's car and having a wreck because the brakes are bad.
Is it the car owner required to tell the thief that the brakes are bad?

Talking about suing for anything.  The lady that sued because her coffee was too hot, u guys ever bother to research it?  She was not the first one, there were several and they paid, as a result they dont serve coffe boiling hot.  Which is what she got.  Imagine that buying coffe that is hot but wont burn your mouth.

gotta love when the brain believes one thing when its not correct :aok my friend got me drunk on "wine" when it was grape juice a few years back. finally got him with this one (gave him a cigarillo and said it was a blunt) for two hours he was completely baked :rofl
