LWO just a few minutes ago.  Killed a G-14 and saw a small perk return.  Then looked at ENY.

It's even perked.  :O

edit- Looking at some of the other plane's ENY values:

109 E4 - 20
F4U1D - 30
109G6 - 40
C202 -25
C205 - 40

That's just an occasional visual glitch in the list.

had it really been at ENY 5, you would not even had gotten 1.87 perks, but a little over 0.2.
