Removing is one thing.......  They could always still fly along.

But for the mission planner......  (I'm about to get flamed) Having the ability to close a field until launch would prove very valuable.  (But maybe a little fascist)

You would not stop them, they can always take off with the mission (not in the mission). The only way to stop them would be to prevent them from taking off a specific airfield and I seriously doubt HTC would allow us to do that.

This is true, however, many who do not feel included in a group will go elsewhere.

If they are along to pass info then it would preclude them from advanced planning. While they could still tag along it will limit the group accepting the info from reacting at an earlier time frame.

An individual tagging along could be dealt with by spltting the mission even if both groups decend on the same target. It would possibly confuse any info being shared.

I do agree that only the mission planner should have the removal ability.

It's just a thought. Thanks for the input. My missions are usually thin. Possibly because many think taking 20 goons to a full up airfield with no fighter cover is a bit on the tough side. :D
