x45 problem

I think im just gonna cool out awhile instead of trying to devise a work-around. The SGE softwear for the X45 is giving alot of people problems and I've heard Saitek is going to issue a fix at some point. As it stands now the stick works for AH with my rudder pedals, and it works well! (just not the way its supposed to) Its great hardware- lousy softwear.

I have to agree with ya on the software side of Saitek.  SGE is great in Windoze 98.  I haven't had any problems.  But Saitek support for newer OS is so far behind it is sickening.  If they would spend more time on the sofeware issues associated with their products they could just about own the market :)

Ron Hunt's site has been a goldmine for Saitek users.  He has spent alot of time and monies to keep this site one of the best sites for support.  A big <S> is always in order for Ron.  Your best bet is to watch the site for a resolution to your problem.

I hope it comes sooner then later, good luck :)

Not sure when you checked Ron Hunt's web site, but he just posted with in the last day information about how to setup the X45 with WinMe.
