First one's one of Kozhedub's La-7's according to the text. IIRC there's some controversy over whether he actually flew a white La-7 like that in combat.

The I-16 is not only from the Spanish Civil War, it was captured by Spanish Nationalists to be operated against the Soviet-supported Republicans, judging from the text.

The Tempest is a Tempest II, which didn't see action in WWII (and is not our Tempest, regardless).

Like Lyric said, the La-7 skin is bogus. You have to be really careful with Soviet aircraft profiles. There is an awful lot of artistic license perpertrated on some of them. Also propaganda officers often painted up aircraft creatively after the war was over for publicity photos with the relevant ace. Basically all La-7s were either painted in the standard two tone grey scheme except for a few which were done in a monotone grey scheme.

I've already done an F4F in the Atlantic grey/white scheme.

Pyro has told me Spanish I-16s are not allowed I'm afraid. Which is a shame because there are some really nice ones.

Not similar exact on the F4U-ID. :aok

The white P-38 was not a combat bird.

Your white Tiger may have a chance see if you can find what unit & what not & some one may do it.

Before Krusty...

They're not SKINS until they cover the wire frame of the virtual aircraft.

They are PROFILES.

Also, RESEARCH, please.

Thank you and carry on,

Can i ask why?? i mean, unless they are captured, they were used by an air force in combat.

Spain was neutral in WW2. The Spanish markings on I-16s are from the war BEFORE WW2, the Spanish Civil War. Also, they didn't carry those markings specifically (those are captured markings, something doesn't allow). What markings that flew in the SCW were for Type 5 and Type 10 models, with less speed, performance, firepower, overall it was a much earlier model of the plane.

So, basically for every reason you can think of, those markings just don't fit. They look nice, they just don't really belong.

EDIT: These are the markings that proper (non-captured) I-16s wore in the SCW:
