Was the ME323 cargo plane made in any number?

Yes. 198 that played quite a significant role.

+1 as long as HTC is not going to limit it to 10 troops.

If you really want perked transports how about:

C54 (DC4),  275 mph,  21,000 lbs (say 3 airfield supply boxes)
C69 (Lockheed Constellation), 340 mph, 50,000? lbs (say 6 airfield supply boxes)

vs

C47 (DC3), 220 mph, 6,000 lbs (one airfield supply box)

The C69 was used in WWII in very small numbers at the very end of the war.  But it looks so cool  :aok

that and the Ju-52 would fill a few axis holes for scenarios etc. and you can give a nasty pilot wound with those riffle caliber guns.
No thank you Turkish, I'm sweet enough.

Why can't we just shove a few bloody paratroopers in the bomb bay of a B-25H, tell them to STFU, and drop them over the target?

Just call it 'field modifications' and 'perked ordnance' and we'll be ready to go, no wishlist-work required.
Afk for a year or so.  The name of a gun turret in game.  Falanx, huh?
Apparently I'm in the 20th FG 'Loco Busters', or so the legend goes.

Yes. 198 that played quite a significant role.

Far less survivable in the MAs than it would have been in real life though.

plenty of mitchells used as transports (though mostly for top brass), not sure if they were armed at all. :headscratch:

(sitting in my pony drooling)  YES YES YES  I LIKE THEM ALL!

Seriously though?  WTF NOT?  the me323 was capable of carrying vehicles. That would make for some pretty cool missions. A whole platoon of M8s delivered behind enemy lines or a base otherwise unreachable by GV.
Fear? You bet your life...but that all leaves you as you reach combat. Then there's a sense of great excitement, a thrill you can't duplicate anywhere...it's actually fun. Yes, I think it is the most exciting fun in the world. — Lt. Col. Robert B. "Westy" Westbrook, USAAF 6/<--lol@mod

Do you really think a Me 323 would even survive long enough to fly to any base in AH?  All it would be is a big juicy target and free perk points for whoever shoots it down.  Do you know why the Germans eventually had to phase out the Me 323 during the war?  It wasn't because of production issues or anything like that, it was because they were all destroyed by enemy fire.
